The VID2 (Vertical Industrial Duty) model is the core of the SAWPAC® line, specifically designed for applications requiring large cooling capacities where ground or roof space is unavailable. The VID2 chassis features a "Base Supported" wall-mount design that is compact yet robust enough to withstand harsh industrial elements.
Available in both Standard Airflow and Reversed Airflow configurations, the VID2 integrates seamlessly into various building layouts. Despite its industrial ruggedness—featuring powder-coated 304/316 stainless steel options and heavy-wall rifled copper tubing—the VID2 utilizes advanced logic, including ECM Evaporator Fans and phase monitoring to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation.
VID2 Chassis: Vertical, Wall-Mounted, Base-Supported design for minimal footprint.
Wide Capacity Range: Standard models from 7.5 Ton to 30 Ton (Custom up to 40 Ton).
HazLoc Ready: Optional Class I, Groups B, C, D, Div 1 & 2 ratings.
Durability: Heavy wall rifled copper tube coils with thick aluminum fins.
Maintenance: Direct drive fans/blowers (no belts) and externally accessible service panels.
Airflow Options: Available in Standard (Top Supply) or Reversed Airflow configurations.
